As an administrator, you can now manage employer compliance tasks for country-specific forms, ensuring accurate employee-specific details are filled by the employer. The Enable employer compliance task for filling and/or signing the compliance forms option in the Compliance Settings page enables you to support employer specific compliance tasks. You can identify a responsible user to complete these employer tasks.
Impact Assessment
This feature has limited impact but should be reviewed to confirm alignment with business processes in Onboarding implementations. As an administrator, you can now manage employer compliance tasks for country-specific forms, ensuring accurate employee-specific details are filled by the employer. The Enable employer compliance task for filling and/or signing the compliance forms option in the Compliance Settings page enables you to support employer specific compliance tasks. Implementation teams should verify that existing configurations remain valid and test core business scenarios after the upgrade to confirm correct behavior.
