Detailed Description

As an administrator, you can now automatically initiate the onboarding process for candidates who are ready to be hired from SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. In addition to the existing options available in the Onboarding Integration Setup page, you can select the new Enable Automatic Initiation for Onboarding checkbox to ensure that the onboarding process is automatically initiated for all candidates who are eligible for onboarding from Recruiting. Note The onboarding process is automatically initiated only after all the recruiting processes such as offer approval are completed and the candidate is moved to Ready to Hire in Recruiting.
