In the latest experience, the side-by-side view and rating gaps are automatically available to users who can access the Gap Analysis feature in the form header. If you want to allow users without Gap Analysis to be able to view the ratings side by side and the rating gaps, you can enable EZ Rater. With goal comments and learning activities included, all form content can be printed out.

Impact Assessment

This feature has limited impact but should be reviewed to confirm alignment with business processes in Performance Management implementations. In the latest experience, the side-by-side view and rating gaps are automatically available to users who can access the Gap Analysis feature in the form header. If you want to allow users without Gap Analysis to be able to view the ratings side by side and the rating gaps, you can enable EZ Rater. Implementation teams should verify that existing configurations remain valid and test core business scenarios after the upgrade to confirm correct behavior.
