When the latest experience of Performance Management forms is enabled, you can configure business rules that add one or multiple steps to the Modify stage of the form. The steps that can be added are pre-configured in route maps and marked as Hidden Until Rule Execution. You can define conditions for an overall rating, a custom section field, or the total number of skill, competency, or goal ratings that fall into a specific value range.
