Managers can now view the top five skills and attributes their team members are most passionate about, including the number and name of team members interested in each skill or attribute. On the Growth Portfolio Team View Summary page, managers can access a new section, Skill Passions , that displays the top five skills and attributes their team members have marked as passionate. The section lists each skill or attribute, shows how many team members are interested, and provides the names of those team members.
