Management and OpenText Basic Authentication for outbound communication from SAP SuccessFactors Document Management to OpenText will reach end of maintenance and support on May 14, 2026 and be deleted on November 20, 2026. End of Development was reached on November 14, 2025; End of Maintenance was reached on May 14, 2026; the feature will be permanently deleted on November 20, 2026. You can continue to use the software, but you should begin planning for a time when it will no longer be available for use. After the deletion date, Basic Authentication will no longer be supported for this integration.
