You can now use the AI-assisted capabilities to identify skills from a resume and display the skills on the Growth Portfolio. Employees can now upload their resume on the Growth Portfolio. A new Add from Resume option is available for skills in the Growth Portfolio.

This feature has limited impact but should be reviewed to confirm alignment with business processes in SAP Business AI implementations. You can now use the AI-assisted capabilities to identify skills from a resume and display the skills on the Growth Portfolio. Employees can now upload their resume on the Growth Portfolio.
