As an administrator, you can now control the visibility of the Create from Roles and Create from Interests options during AI-assisted development goal creation. Two new switches, Disable the Create from Roles option and Disable the Create from Interests option are now available in the Career Development Planning Feature Settings admin tool. By default, both switches are off, allowing users with the appropriate permissions to select a current or target role to let AI create a career-specific goal, or select skills or attributes marked as passionate to let AI create a goal based on interests.
