You can now automatically transfer skills that candidates were assessed on during recruiting into the employee's Growth Portfolio. The Growth Portfolio can be accessed from the employee profile.Note Only skill names are transferred to the Growth Portfolio. When a candidate is moved to the Hired status, the skills assessed during the interview process, specifically those matched to the job requisition and those evaluated by interviewers, are automatically transferred into the new employee's Growth Portfolio.

Impact Assessment

This feature has limited impact but should be reviewed to confirm alignment with business processes in Applicant Management implementations. You can now automatically transfer skills that candidates were assessed on during recruiting into the employee's Growth Portfolio. The Growth Portfolio can be accessed from the employee profile.Note Only skill names are transferred to the Growth Portfolio.
