Business rule support has been extended to include Text Area, Hyperlink, and Instructions data types. These data types apply only to the Candidate Application business rules configuration and are specifically available only in the Reimagined Candidate Experience. This enhancement enables dynamic field visibility and validation based on user input, streamlining and personalizing the application experience.
Impact Assessment
This feature has limited impact but should be reviewed to confirm alignment with business processes in Candidate Experience implementations.
