Recruiting The integration of LinkedIn's Recruiter System Connect (RSC) with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting enables seamless data sharing and synchronization between the two platforms, including key recruiting data such as Candidates, Applications, and Job Requisitions. The Recruiter System Connect plug-in in the Security Center enables administrators to activate LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect (RSC) within their SAP SuccessFactors instance and select the appropriate contract. Additionally, the LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect Sync Configuration page offers a centralized and user-friendly interface for managing the integration.
