The 'View time off instructions' use case in Joule was converted from Navigational to Transactional in July 2025, and is now also available in mobile apps. Users can view time off instructions and guidelines directly through Joule, improving efficiency and making the process more user-friendly. This enhancement allows users to seamlessly view and act on time off instructions within Joule.

Impact Assessment

This minor enhancement extends the 'View time off instructions' use case to mobile apps and converts it to a transactional type, enabling more direct user actions. Standard Joule enablement and CDM refresh per KBA 3612244 are required. Mobile users gain access to time off instructions without switching to the web interface.
