Detailed Description

New use cases became available in Joule in June 2025, expanding identity and access management capabilities. Users can now query organizational information such as 'Who is my employer?', 'What is the full name of my employer?', and 'What company does Alex Hall work for?' These transactional use cases enhance self-service access to company organization data through Joule.

Impact Assessment

Organizations using Joule benefit from new company organization lookup capabilities added in June 2025. Standard Joule enablement and CDM refresh per KBA 3612244 are required. The employer name field must be enabled per Field Requirements for the User Data File to support company name queries. Users need the Access to Joule permission.
