Three related, legacy features– Help and Tutorials, Handout Builder, and Admin Resources– all reach End of Maintenance on May 20, 2022 and will be deleted on November 14, 2026. End of Development was reached on May 20, 2022; End of Maintenance was reached on May 20, 2022; the feature will be permanently deleted on November 14, 2026. You can continue to use the software, but you should begin planning for a time when it will no longer be available for use. Deprecation Details All three of these features rely on outdated technology that we no longer support and include static help content that we no longer maintain.

Impact Assessment

SuccessFactors implementations that use this functionality must take action before the deletion date to avoid business disruption. End of Maintenance was May 20, 2022, meaning SAP no longer provides bug fixes or patches. The feature will be permanently removed on November 14, 2026, after which it will be completely unavailable in production. SAP recommends migrating to method for your business scenario.
