Support for Webex Training Center as a VLS vendor in SAP SuccessFactors Learning will reach End of Maintenance on November 14, 2025. End of Development was reached on May 16, 2025; End of Maintenance was reached on November 14, 2025; the feature will be permanently deleted on November 13, 2026. You can continue to use the software, but you should begin planning for a time when it will no longer be available for use. Deprecation Details Webex is ending support for XML APIs.
Impact Assessment
SuccessFactors implementations that use this functionality must take action before the deletion date to avoid business disruption. End of Maintenance was November 14, 2025, meaning SAP no longer provides bug fixes or patches. The feature will be permanently removed on November 13, 2026, after which it will be completely unavailable in production. SAP recommends migrating to method for your business scenario.
