Detailed Description
SAP is migrating configurations for Microsoft Outlook integration in Interview Scheduling from the 'Set up Interview Scheduling Outlook Integration' page to the 'Work Tech Configuration' page. From 2H 2025 onwards, customers can use the Work Tech Configuration page to set up new configurations or modify existing configurations. The original 'Set up Interview Scheduling Outlook Integration' page will reach end of maintenance on November 14, 2025, and will be deleted on November 13, 2026.
Impact Assessment
This migration requires customers to transition their Microsoft Outlook integration configurations for Interview Scheduling to the Work Tech Configuration page by November 13, 2026. In the production environment, customers will continue using the existing 'Set up Interview Scheduling Outlook Integration' page until the migration is complete in 2H 2025. After the deletion date, the legacy configuration page will no longer be available for productive use, necessitating adoption of the Work Tech Configuration alternative.
