Recruiters can now navigate to a candidate's profile from the applicant's details page in the redesigned Applicant Management tool by selecting the View Profile button. This button opens the Candidate Profile page in a new window, providing an easy transition between the two tools. As of 2H 2025, the View Profile button is displayed regardless of candidate privacy option selections made during profile creation.
