Job Profile Builder and Talent Intelligence Hub are now available by default on all new tenants, replacing the previous default enablement of Job Description Manager. Job Profile Builder allows creation and management of job architecture data including job profile content, roles, and families, while Talent Intelligence Hub enables management of skills architecture data such as skills, competencies, and custom attributes. This change reduces dependencies on multiple sources for managing job profile and attributes data.
Impact Assessment
New tenant configurations will automatically have Job Profile Builder and Talent Intelligence Hub enabled instead of Job Description Manager. This allows customers to manage their job profile and attributes data seamlessly from a single source. Growth Portfolio remains not enabled by default. Organizations implementing new tenants will need to adjust their data management strategies accordingly.
