Position Budgeting Control for Cloud now supports creating mass financing for employees and standard integration with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. The Latest People Profile includes a new Financing Information card that allows viewing total budgeted amounts in SAP S/4HANA Financials based on employees' projected costs. The standard integration allows financing and budgeting information to be mapped between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, with earmarked funds updated according to payroll actuals posted to S/4HANA Financials each period.
Impact Assessment
This enhancement impacts SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations by enabling direct integration with Employee Central Payroll for real-time budget tracking and consumption. Organizations must enable Public Sector Management Cost Objects and Position Budgeting Control in Provisioning, and install Support Package SAP S/4HANA HCM (S4HCM 101) 21 in their Employee Central Payroll system.
