This feature enables migration of legacy People Profile configurations to the Full Profile experience without requiring Full Profile to be enabled first. Users can now migrate existing configurations, review and adjust them as needed, and preview how Full Profile will appear to employees before enabling it organization-wide. The migration process provides detailed reporting on what was migrated, where it was migrated, what was not migrated, and why.
Impact Assessment
This change significantly impacts the People Profile implementation process by allowing administrators to prepare and validate Full Profile configurations before enabling it for all users. Organizations can now migrate legacy configurations, download detailed migration reports, and use the Configure Latest People Profile admin tool to adjust settings and preview the new experience.
