Employees and managers with multiple active employment records can now switch between them directly in the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile app. Upon switching employments, users are redirected to the home screen where they can access data and perform actions specific to the selected current active employment, such as viewing the Org Chart or accessing a 360 review. The current active employment remains active until the user signs out, switches back to the default employment, or switches to another employment. Users can switch between regular employment, concurrent employment, global assignment, temporary assignment, contingent worker, and pension payout employment types.
