Detailed Description
This feature introduces localized enhancements for Employee Central across seven countries/regions: Chile, Thailand, Malaysia, Morocco, Egypt, Singapore, and Burundi. The enhancements include new fields and picklists for dependents information, job classification, identity validation, payment information validation, and work permit validation tailored to each country's specific requirements.
Impact Assessment
These enhancements require customer configuration to implement country-specific changes in Employee Central. Organizations operating in the affected countries must update picklists, validation rules, and HRIS elements through either the BCUI or Country/Region-Specific Succession Data Model in provisioning. Data models, picklists, and validation rules are available in the Software Download Center for implementation.
