Detailed Description

This enhancement changes how the manager's phone number is displayed in the new hire's welcome message. The phone number is now selected from the Work Profile based on a priority order: Business Phone, Cell Phone, Home Phone, and Fax. If none of these phone number types are configured, no number will display in the welcome message.

This change impacts how manager contact information is presented to new hires during onboarding. Organizations should verify that manager phone numbers are properly configured in the Work Profile with the correct phone number types to ensure the desired number displays. The visibility of phone numbers can be adjusted through Admin Center under Manage Business Configuration in the Employee Profile Standard section.
