Several enhancements have been made to People Search on iOS and Android platforms. When users select an employee from search results, they are now redirected to the employee's People Profile instead of the Org Chart. When an employee holds multiple assignments, each assignment appears separately in search results, and selecting any assignment directs users to the employee's People Profile.

This change improves the mobile search experience by redirecting users to People Profile instead of Org Chart, providing more direct access to employee information. Organizations must ensure that People Profile is enabled and that users have the appropriate role-based permissions to access People Profile as outlined in the prerequisites.
