WalkMe guided tours have been delivered across several SAP SuccessFactors product areas to provide structured, step-by-step assistance for employees, managers, and administrators to complete common tasks. These tours cover features including People Profile, Continuous Performance Management, Org Chart, Career Development, Goal Management, and Learning. The tours are AI-powered digital adoption solutions that enable users to access guidance in the flow of work and help organizations accelerate user adoption and maximize enterprise software investments.

Impact Assessment

Organizations must enable WalkMe (disabled by default) to access the SAP SuccessFactors-managed guided tours. Users can only access tours if their organization has the appropriate license, the feature is enabled and configured, and users have necessary permissions. The feature is currently available only when system language is set to English (US), which may limit accessibility for multilingual organizations. Implementation requires configuration of specific features like AI-assisted goal creation with appropriate licensing and permissions.
