Employee Central Service Center, a standalone ticketing solution, has reached End of Development on December 31, 2024 and will be deleted on December 31, 2028. SAP recommends migrating to SAP SuccessFactors Enterprise Service Management, a new HR service delivery solution that enables employees and HR teams to create and manage service requests, automate workflows, and access support within the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite.

Impact Assessment

Organizations using Employee Central Service Center must plan for migration to SAP SuccessFactors Enterprise Service Management before December 31, 2028.
