Detailed Description

Two new Employee Central quick actions have been introduced to SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone: Change Marital Status and Create One-Time Payment. These quick actions enable users to initiate Employee Central related tasks directly in Work Zone, with both actions supporting attachment functionality. Users can update their marital status or provide spot awards to direct reports through these new capabilities.

Impact Assessment

This feature requires administrators to activate specific cards (My Profile, My Team, and Quick Actions) under Administration Console UI Integration Card and enable the Employee Central Quick Actions setting. Organizations must have an Employee Central license and configure Employee Central Quick Action templates to support this functionality. The implementation is customer-configured and represents a minor enhancement to Work Zone capabilities.
