SAP SuccessFactors Enterprise Service Management is a new HR service delivery solution that enables employees and HR teams to create and manage service requests, automate workflows, and access support within the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite. Built on SAP Enterprise Service Management, it provides HR-specific functionality including self-service HR service management, a dashboard for HR service representatives, HR contact information, analytics and reporting capabilities, and other capabilities such as services management workflows, omni-channel communication, and Microsoft Teams integration.

Impact Assessment

SAP SuccessFactors Enterprise Service Management replaces Employee Central Service Center in the user interface and requires a separate license and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. After it is enabled, the Get HR Support icon can only be used to access features of SAP SuccessFactors Enterprise Service Management, and Employee Central Service Center is no longer available. Organizations must configure the Contact HR page using metadata framework (MDF) objects if they did not previously use Employee Central Service Center.
