Detailed Description

Learners can now download their completed learning activities directly from the Learning History page as a PDF file using the Download option. The PDF includes all completed activities regardless of any filters applied. This enhancement provides offline access to comprehensive learning history, eliminating the need to navigate to the Reports page.

Impact Assessment

This feature enhances user experience by providing direct PDF download capability from the Learning History page for learners. The Download option is not available for managers, delegates, and proxy administrators accessing other users' Learning History pages. Implementation requires the Learning History (User) report to be published from Learning Administration Reports, and users must have appropriate permissions including Access Reports, Run User Learning History Report, and Access Learning History.
