Detailed Description

The Create Activity quick action in Microsoft Teams has been enhanced with two new Link buttons that allow users to connect activities with multiple performance and development goals. Users can now search for goals or link activities to displayed goal plans, providing more flexibility than the previous dropdown selection method that was limited to the default goal plan.

Impact Assessment

This enhancement improves the user experience when creating activities in Microsoft Teams by providing greater flexibility in linking activities to performance and development goals. The change is automatically enabled and requires the SAP SuccessFactors app for Microsoft Teams to be enabled along with completion of prerequisites for Continuous Performance Management Quick Actions.
