Detailed Description
Administrators can now set target criteria to restrict which attributes employees can view in the Growth Portfolio. The Define Target Criteria section contains Attribute Type and Tag filter criteria that limit attribute visibility based on the target population. For example, if an administrator sets the Attribute Type to 'skill', employees will only see skills in their Growth Portfolio while other attributes remain hidden. Note: This feature is no longer available for 1H 2025 as it has been put on hold based on customer feedback.
Impact Assessment
This enhancement allows administrators to control attribute visibility in the Growth Portfolio through role-based permissions, providing greater flexibility in managing what employees can see. The feature requires User Permissions for both Growth Portfolio Attribute Type View and Growth Portfolio Tag View. However, since this feature is no longer available for 1H 2025 and has been put on hold, there is currently no implementation impact for this release cycle.
