Detailed Description
New home page quick actions have been introduced to SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone, enabling users to initiate HR tasks directly within the platform. After administrators enable these quick actions in Manage Home Page Quick Actions and activate the Quick Actions card in Administration Console UI Integration Cards, users can access supported actions including Complete Payroll Tasks, Manage My Benefits, Manage My Team Positions, View Admin Alerts, View Candidate Talent Pools, View Dynamic Teams, View Learning Administration, View My Calendar, View Opportunity Marketplace, and View Report Center.
Impact Assessment
This feature requires administrator configuration in Admin Center and Administration Console to enable the quick actions and activate the Quick Actions card. Users will gain the ability to complete HR tasks directly in SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone without navigating to separate modules. Implementation requires completion of all prerequisites listed in Cards and Quick Actions on the Home Page for each quick action.
