Detailed Description

This enhancement enables the removal of the global SAP SuccessFactors header from redirected pages when users interact with specific UI integration cards during the onboarding guided experience, wizard version. Previously, users saw two headers (Work Zone header and global header) when managing HR tasks. The feature is configured by disabling the 'Open Links in New Tab' option for designated cards in the Administration Console.

Impact Assessment

This change improves the user experience by reducing visual clutter when managing HR tasks in SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone. The implementation requires customer configuration through the Administration Console and does not mandate any mandatory changes. The feature applies to specific onboarding guided experience cards and the Your Onboarding Tasks home page card.

Test Recommendations
• Verify that the onboarding guided experience, wizard version is enabled according to requirements • Enable the UI integration cards (Compliance Forms, Item List, Learning Plan, Learning Recommendations, Onboarding Data Collection, Performance Goals, Track Your Equipment, Your Career and Mentoring) in Administration Console • Disable the 'Open Links in New Tab' option for each specified card • Test user interactions with each card to confirm the global header is removed from redirected pages • Verify the Your Onboarding Tasks home page card functions correctly with the header enhancement • Confirm that the Work Zone header remains visible while the global header is removed
