Learners can now access optional learning activities from their assigned curricula and sub-curricula directly from the new Learning home screen in SAP SuccessFactors Mobile iOS and Android apps. Optional learning activities appear in the Important Learning section when assigned by administrators, or in the Invest in Myself section when self-assigned, and can be identified by the Curriculum label on the card. This enhancement ensures functional parity with the new Learning experience on web.
Impact Assessment
This feature extends the new Learning experience to mobile platforms, allowing learners to access optional curricula on iOS and Android apps. Organizations using the new Learning experience must ensure the mobile apps are updated to support this functionality. The feature requires the new Learning experience to be enabled and optional curricula to be configured in Learning Administration with assignment type set to Not Required.
