Detailed Description
This feature enables user mapping from Microsoft 365 to SAP SuccessFactors using Microsoft Entra ID directory extensions. Users can now specify a directory extension property name in the User Identifier in Entra ID field within the User Mapping section of Work Tech Configuration Settings to map custom user identifiers stored in Microsoft Entra ID to unique user identifiers in SAP SuccessFactors.
Impact Assessment
This change provides more flexibility in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with Microsoft 365 by allowing organizations to use custom user identifiers stored in Microsoft Entra ID extensions for user mapping. The feature requires that users have already extended the user resource type with a directory extension and have enabled basic integration between SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams. Implementation requires Administrator Permissions for Manage System Properties and Work Tech Configuration, as well as Microsoft 365 Global admin role permission.
