Detailed Description

This feature enables Onboarding 1.0 administrators to migrate all documents from Document Centre (DC) to the Document Management System (DMS) before the sunset of Onboarding 1.0. The migration transfers onboarding documents, audit data, forms, attachments, and uploads. Administrators initiate the migration using the new Initiate Onboarding 1.0 Document Migration Job available in Admin Centre Scheduled Job Manager. The DMS provides 500 GB of default storage space, with options to purchase additional storage if needed.
