Administrators can now exclude specific users, such as service or technical users, from the attachment user limit in Document Management. These excluded users will not be subject to the user-based limit on total attachment size and can upload documents without this limit being applied. The defined maximum file size for individual attachments still applies to their uploads. This enhancement provides greater flexibility for organizations that use technical or service users to handle automated processes.

Impact Assessment

This change allows administrators to configure specific users to be excluded from attachment user limits in the Admin Center under Company System and Logo Settings in the Document Attachment section. Organizations using technical or service users for automated processes will benefit from this flexibility, as cumulative attachment limits will no longer interfere with these operations. The configuration is customer-controlled and requires administrators to define excluded users by username separated by semicolons.
