This feature enables administrators to configure workflows that approve proficiency level changes for attributes in the Growth Portfolio. A new rule scenario called 'Configure Workflow for Assigned Ratings in the Growth Portfolio' is available in the Configure Business Rules page, allowing business rules to be set up based on specific criteria such as attributes with the Core tag. When an employee changes the proficiency level for an attribute with a configured workflow, an approval request is sent to designated reviewers, and the attribute becomes locked until the request is approved or rejected.

Impact Assessment

This enhancement introduces governance controls for proficiency level changes in the Growth Portfolio, requiring administrators to configure workflows and business rules. Implementations must enable the Growth Portfolio and configure workflows according to organizational approval requirements. Users with Growth Portfolio Edit permissions will experience a change in workflow where proficiency level modifications trigger approval requests, and attributes become locked during the approval process.
