Detailed Description
The Team View option in the Growth Portfolio now allows managers to view the skills and other attribute details of their second-level and matrix reports. The Select People button introduces two new fields for choosing second-level and matrix reports. A new Reporting Levels field enables selection of first-level, second-level, or matrix reports, with a Name field that displays first-level reports when Second-Level Reports is selected.
Impact Assessment
This enhancement expands the visibility available to managers within the Team View by enabling access to second-level and matrix report data that was previously limited to first-level reports only. The change is automatically enabled and provides a more comprehensive view of skills and proficiency levels across the managers' organization. This is a minor change released as part of a monthly update with no configuration required.
