The Onboarding Status Filter has been added to the Status and Filter section of the Application Management Tool, displaying the applicant's workflow status as received from Onboarding. This feature complements the existing Onboarding Initiation Status option and supports nine different statuses including Workflow Canceled, Workflow Pending, Workflow Returned, Workflow Completed, Workflow Rejected, Pending, Success, Error, and Canceled. The filter is only visible when Onboarding 2.0 is enabled, providing end-to-end visibility once onboarding is initiated for an applicant.
Impact Assessment
This feature enhances the Application Management Tool by providing additional filtering capabilities based on onboarding workflow status. Organizations using Onboarding 2.0 will gain improved visibility into applicant onboarding progress through the new status filter option. The feature is automatically enabled and requires no configuration, minimizing implementation effort.
