Detailed Description

This feature enables full text visibility for string fields in the compensation worksheet when hovering over field values. The enhancement applies to Compensation worksheets and executive review for fields on the salary, stock, and bonus tabs, including editable custom fields and standard columns such as final job family, final job role, final job code, and final pay grade. The same functionality is also available on the salary and stock tabs of the Total Compensation worksheet.

Impact Assessment

This is a minor user interface enhancement that improves usability by displaying complete text values for string fields in compensation worksheets. The feature is automatically enabled and requires no configuration, making it a non-disruptive change for SuccessFactors EC implementations.
