You can now set up email notifications for managers when Personal Reward statements are generated for their direct reports. Go to Complete Compensation Cycle Manage Notifications in Compensation Home for a template. You can set up email notifications for the direct managers based on Personal Statement Template or Employee Name , or a list of comma separated Usernames . After configuration, when you select Send Notifications , the email notifications are generated based on a job which can be monitored from the Monitor Compensation Jobs screen.
