Detailed Description

Several enhancements have been introduced to Employee Central Quick Actions to improve user experience. These include the ability to upload, edit, and view attachments for various use cases such as name changes, marital status, location, and employment actions. A new Quick Action template for one-time payments has been added to allow managers to quickly reward users, and a new Quick Action for changing marital status has been introduced for employees. Additionally, phone number display format has been updated to show complete numbers in a single field, and improvements have been made to transport bundles and template field organization.

These enhancements expand the functionality of Employee Central Quick Actions by enabling attachment handling across multiple use cases and introducing new self-service capabilities for one-time payments and marital status changes. • Test attachment upload, edit, and deletion functionality for all supported use cases including Change Chosen Name, Change Legal Name, Change Marital Status, Change Contract End Date, Change Location, Change Probation, Change Working Time, Create One-Time Payment, Demotion, Furlough/End Furlough, Promotion, Suspension/End Suspension, and Transfer • Verify attachment functionality across all supported channels: Web Experience, Mobile, Microsoft Teams, Joule, and SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone • Test the new Create One-Time Payment Quick Action template with different pay component types and verify that Amount and Percentage fields display and function correctly • Test the new Change Marital Status Employee Self-Service Quick Action • Verify phone number display format shows complete numbers in a single field for View Phone Numbers use case • Test phone number changes in Web Experience, Mobile, Microsoft Teams, and SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone • Validate that templates can be transported to Configuration Transport Center based on Position object and HRIS entities • Verify that onView rules are properly supported in Employee Central Quick Actions • Confirm that field organization in templates no longer separates base data model fields from country/region-specific fields
