Detailed Description
A new learning section called 'Advance My Proficiency' has been added to the Growth Portfolio skill details page. This section displays learning suggestions tailored to the employee's current proficiency level for each skill. Learning suggestions are prioritized to show featured courses for the next proficiency level first, followed by featured courses for the current level, with the ability to complete courses to advance to the next proficiency level.
Impact Assessment
This feature requires migration to Talent Intelligence Hub and enablement of Growth Portfolio and SAP SuccessFactors Learning with proper integration between systems. Organizations must ensure the 'Enable the Advance My Proficiency section in the Growth Portfolio' option is enabled in Admin Center Company System and Logo Settings. The feature automatically elevates employee proficiency levels upon course completion, which impacts skill tracking and career development workflows.
