Detailed Description
This update modifies the landing pages where users are redirected upon completing several Onboarding actions, including Personal Data Collection, New Hire Tasks, U.S. Form I-9 Section 2, and E-Verify. The redirect behavior now returns users to the page where they initiated the task, or to specified landing pages based on the workflow completed. This enhancement improves the user workflow by directing them to an optimal page.
Impact Assessment
This change affects the user experience for hiring managers and onboarding participants completing Personal Data Collection, New Hire Tasks, I-9 Section 2, and E-Verify workflows. Users will now be redirected to contextually relevant pages based on where they initiated the task, which may require updates to user training and documentation. The change is automatically enabled and applies to the Hire to Retire business process variant.
