A new purge request type called DRTM Delegation Purge is now available in Data Retention Management, allowing organizations to purge delegation request records. This enhancement meets data compliance requirements by enabling the removal of delegation request records that include delegator, delegatee, and employee information. The feature applies exclusively to delegation assignments for Performance Reviews.

Impact Assessment

Organizations using SuccessFactors Employee Central can now manage data retention compliance more effectively by purging delegation request records through Data Retention Management. When purging by user ID, all delegation request records associated with that user ID will be removed. Implementation requires proper configuration of import files with correct column headers (Assignment ID by default or User ID if preferred) when using the upload option.
