Detailed Description
Two new fields, Valid From and Valid To, have been added to the National ID Information section of the Employee Profile Page to display the validity period of national IDs. These fields enable the storage and replication of multiple national IDs for a single person, allowing organizations to maintain historical national ID data.
Impact Assessment
This is a minor feature addition that automatically enables upon installation of the required support package. Organizations using Employee Central Payroll must install the specified support package (SAP S/4HANA HCM support package 21 or SAP ERP HCM support package E5) to access this functionality. The feature allows better management of national ID information through validity date tracking and multiple ID storage.
