Changes made to learning activity entities and reference entities are now reflected in the enhanced search results in near real time. Most changes are reflected within 30 minutes, though many take just a few minutes. Changes to curricula thumbnails or bulk changes affecting more than ten entities may take closer to 30 minutes. Changes to tenant-level configurations may still take up to 4 hours to update, depending on the frequency of the background job.
Impact Assessment
This enhancement ensures that learners have access to the most current learning content and filter options when searching their libraries. The feature is automatically enabled and requires configuration verification through the Enablement status in System Administration. The staggered release based on Data Center means implementation timing varies by instance.
