The new feature allows users to sort applicants by either their first name or last name in the applicant list page, providing greater flexibility and clarity in organizing applicant lists. This enhancement streamlines the applicant review process and makes it easier to quickly locate or categorize candidates by name. Previously, users could only sort by a generic 'Name' option.

This is a minor enhancement to the Applicant Management module that improves the user experience by providing more granular sorting options.
