Detailed Description
The Talent Pool Nominee home page card now enables users to view the status of pending nominations and quickly approve or decline new nominations or changes to existing nominations. A new Nomination Status field allows users to check whether the pending item is a new nomination, a change, or a deletion. Users can approve nominations with or without comments, and must provide a comment if declining. Previously, users could not take any action on the card and had to navigate to the talent pool details page.
Impact Assessment
This enhancement improves user efficiency by allowing talent pool owners to complete approval tasks directly from the home page without navigating to the talent pool details page. The feature requires users to have specific permissions including View Current permission under Talent Pool and Approve/Reject Talent Pool Nominations under Succession Planners. The enhancements only apply to newly generated cards after the 1H 2025 release.
